Where are you located? How can I contact you?

Order Photos Online is the online ordering service operated by PhotoQ in Melbourne.  You can also opt to pick up your order at our Lab and Retail Store located at 607 High Street, Kew East, VIC 3102.  For all enquiries, please call (03) 9855 0006 during opening hours or email mail@photoq.com.au

I need to change / cancel my order. What can I do? 

If you notice something isn't right with your order once you've submitted it, please contact us ASAP by phone on 03 9855 0006.  As we print orders as they come in, if your order has already been placed in production, we may not be able to change it. 

 

How much is shipping? How long will it take to get my order?

We offer FREE standard shipping for print orders over $150 which is automatically applied at checkout - no code is needed. Shipping for other items starts at $12.00 and is calculated at checkout and depends on print size and quantity.  You can also opt for Express Post at checkout. 

All prices are in AUD and include GST.  We can only post within Australia at this time. 

 

We use Australia Post's Parcel Post and Express Post network and can post to anywhere in Australia. After your order has left us, it is then the responsibility of Aus Post to deliver within their time frame.  Please note that AusPost are continuing to experience delays within their network due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns.  Click here for updates

 

Orders placed before 11 am will be posted the same day.  Orders placed after 11 am will be posted the next business day. 

For estimated delivery times, please click here.  If you would like to organise your own courier to pick up your order, please select 'pick up in-store' and leave a note in the comments section of your order. 

How much are prints? 

Print prices will be displayed once your upload photos and start your order.  You can also find a list of print prices by clicking here.

My order is a gift.  Will you send a receipt? 

We only send the photo products you ordered, nothing else.  You will be emailed a Tax Invoice to the email you used during checkout.  We never send a physical packing slip or receipt with our orders. 

Photo Frames and albums:

You can now order photos frames and albums from the comfort of your home.  We offer both pick up and delivery of frames.  If you choose to pick up in-store; the photo frame will be supplied with the factory glass.  If you choose shipping; the glass will be replaced with high quality photo perspex to avoid glass breaking in transit. 

If you would like the frame only, and no photo print, simply leave the image area blank, and click "add to cart".  We will then supply you with the photo frame 'as is'.  If you have questions regarding photo frames, or you are after something you can't see online, please give our team a call on (03) 9855 0006.
